Ashland Construction Company is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Ogden, UT

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to complete construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, loaders, mini excavators, and other heavy machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks according to project specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment.
- Proficient in the operation of relevant machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required.
